Kumar didn’t stop his campaign against poverty and illiteracy even during the COVID-19 lockdown. In fact, he went a step ahead and got associated with the Anti-Corona Taskforce, which is an organization working to reach out to the needy sections of the society, especially those living in the rural areas, who have lost their jobs and cannot fend for their families. Speaking about his association with ACTF, Kumar says, “ACTF is one of the most innovative concepts to be implemented in rural India. Villagers are, by nature, a disciplined lot and they are already following social distancing and other rules necessary to avoid Corona outbreak. However, they are in crisis because of lack of livelihood opportunities. Therefore, it is my pleasure that I am able to supply them with food, medicines and other supplies during these difficult times.” He also emphasized upon the key mantra of ACTF, i.e., “Innovation of Hardship.” In fact, Mr Krishan Kumar is spearheading multiple campaigns as part of this anti-corona organization. Some of these are “Lockdown Baccha Think Tank, Chakho Sashakt Khana Campaign, and City Frontline Warriors.”
Mr Krishan Kumar is also a consultant to several policy and strategy groups in the government as well as private sectors. Apart from suggesting policy reforms in his capacity as a policymaker & strategist, Mr Krishan Kumar is also an advisor to eminent personalities across the world. In his life so far, Kumar also remains associated with some of the leading organizations busy in doing a yeoman’s job in social welfare.
